My wife and I have used Ken Sande's The Peacemaker for pre-marriage counseling and for assisting in conflict resolution. It's really amazing to see how the Spirit can transform seemly hopeless conflicts with this clear application of Scripture. I was excited to see (and buy) a copy of Resolving Everyday Conflict earlier this year. It's an abridged version of The Peacemaker and exactly the right size.
If you are not familiar with Ken Sande's biblical conflict resolution material you really should be. This free audio book would be a great place to start. Sande's peacemaking pamphlet should also be in every disciple's toolbox.
